QIs VAT included in the price?
No. All amounts cover the full 3-day event and exclude VAT.
QWhen does the early bird end?
Applications through 10 Nov 2026 qualify. The deposit is due 17 Nov, interim payment 15 Jan, and balance 10 Feb.
QHow are Thai customers for consultations gathered?
We attract them through Thai influencer content, SNS ads, and the Thai booking screen on the website. Customers choose a division · date · time and book 30 minutes.
QAre consultation details retained?
Consultation schedules and records remain on the platform and are organized into a results report after the event.
QHow does MEDICAL operate?
There are no on-site diagnoses · procedures; information consultations and follow-up bookings only. Medical content follows Korean medical advertising standards and Thai advertising regulations (no before-and-after photos · patient testimonials · discount advertising).
QCan I participate in multiple divisions at once?
Yes. Write the divisions you are interested in on the application, and the person in charge will propose a combination.
QHow much is the participation fee?
Sponsorship starts at Bronze KRW 5M. Division consultation table · booth fees are not finalized; apply to receive details.
QHow are interpreters assigned?
One interpreter sits at each consultation table. There are 30 in total.
QDoes the MEDICAL division provide treatment?
Medical content follows Korean medical advertising standards and Thai advertising regulations, and consultation bookings are handled through a registered foreign-patient recruitment provider. No on-site diagnoses · procedures are provided.
QHow do contracts work?
After consulting with the person in charge, sign an electronic contract (Modusign) and pay the deposit by 17 Nov.
QWhich tier includes influencer promotion?
Silver and above. Participating companies’ content is translated into Thai and distributed by local influencers.
QWhere can I buy Fan Concert tickets?
Tickets are sold through Thai ticketing outlets and the official site. The ticketing outlet is not finalized yet.
